We accept quilts by mail. After submitting the quilt service request I'll contact you via the email provided. I'll send you quilt intake form and provide the mailing address. Once you receive the the quilt intake form, please complete it, sign it, and mail it in the same box as your quilt.
If you are submitting several quilts, please print separate forms for each and pin to the quilt.
The quilt intake form will also serve as your cost estimate. Please understand this is only an estimate. A final invoice with return shipping added will be sent upon completion of work. The invoice will include instructions on how to make payment online with a credit card.
